We collect metadata: subject lines, participants, timestamps, app names and file names or paths. Never email bodies or document contents. AI narratives are optional and off by default. If you opt in and a provider is configured, it receives item titles, durations in minutes and the matter name; never participants, file paths, app names, email bodies or document contents.
Every billable block rounds up to the next 0.1 hour, with a 0.1 minimum. You can change the increment in settings.

Our application and database are hosted in the US. Third-party processors, including payment, email and optional AI providers, may process data elsewhere. AI narratives are optional and off by default; we never send message bodies or document contents. See the privacy policy for provider details.
Raw activity is deleted automatically after 90 days. Time entries and narratives remain until deletion is requested. Request account and firm-data deletion by email using the address in our privacy policy; we complete requests within 30 days. Self-serve account deletion is not available.
CSV and LEDES exports are available now. Google, Microsoft and Clio connections need provider setup before you can connect. The demo works without them.
